How Fees Are Collected

Transaction fees are deducted as part of the split at the time of each transaction and recorded in your payment ledger.

Recurring and terminal fees are collected separately via Adyen's Transfer API — funds move directly from your Adyen balance account to the Swipe Aras platform account on the billing date. These are not deducted from your next payout — they are collected directly from your balance.

Reading Your Fee Breakdown

Your monthly statement itemizes both transaction fees and recurring/terminal fees. See Monthly Statements for a walkthrough of each line item.

For questions about your specific fee rates, contact your account manager. Your pricing is defined in your agreement with Swipe Aras.
