Your Swipe Aras account is created for you by your reseller or account manager — you do not self-register. Once your account is created, you'll receive login credentials via email and can begin the onboarding process.
What Happens When Your Account Is Created
Your reseller submits your business information to Swipe Aras
An account is provisioned in the platform with your business details
Your account starts in Pending status
You receive an email with your login link and temporary credentials
An Adyen Account Holder, Balance Account, and your unique Store ID are created behind the scenes
Information Required at Account Creation
Legal business name (and DBA if applicable)
Business type (sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, etc.)
Primary contact name and email
Business address
Industry / business category
Note: Bank account details and identity documents are collected separately during hosted onboarding — not at account creation.
Account IDs
Once created, your account has a unique Account ID and each of your stores has a Store ID in the format S + 10 alphanumeric characters (e.g., S1A2B3C4D5). These IDs are used in API requests and support tickets.
