Data exports allow you to download your Swipe Aras data in bulk for use in external tools, accounting software, or custom analysis.
How Exports Work
Request an export — Select the export type, date range, and any filters from the Reports section
Export is queued — Large exports are processed asynchronously in the background
Export completes — When ready, your browser automatically downloads the file (you don't need to check back — the download starts automatically when the tab is open)
Download link — The download is a secure, time-limited link; if it expires, you can request a new export
Exports are delivered via browser download, not email. Keep your browser tab open while the export processes.

Large Exports
Exports for large date ranges or high-volume accounts may take several minutes to process. You'll be notified in the app when your export is ready.
