The hosted onboarding portal is a secure, Adyen-operated environment where you submit your bank account details and compliance documents. Swipe Aras generates a unique link that gives you access.
Your account manager provides your hosted onboarding link. Important rules about this link:
The link is single-use and time-limited — it expires after use or after a set period
If the link has expired or you need to access onboarding again, contact your account manager to request a new one
Do not share your link with anyone — it is specific to your account
Enter bank account details — Your business checking account routing number and account number for receiving payouts
Upload KYC documents — Business registration, owner ID, proof of address
Confirm beneficial ownership — List anyone who owns 25%+ of the business
Submit for review — Once submitted, Adyen begins the verification process
Once you submit, Adyen automatically creates your Transfer Instrument (a verified link to your bank account). This is what enables payouts to reach your bank once your account is approved. You do not need to take any further action — Swipe Aras monitors the verification status and will notify you of updates.
