Swipe Aras uses a role-based access model. Each user on the platform has exactly one role that determines what they can see and do.
Role | Who Itβs For | Access Level |
|---|---|---|
Admin | Swipe Aras platform administrators | Full access to all platform functions |
Account Manager | Reseller staff managing merchant portfolios | Configurable access to customers, transactions, finance, and reports |
Sales Agent | Sales staff | Access to assigned merchant accounts and their finance data |
System Admin | Swipe Aras internal ops | Elevated internal access |
Superadmin | Platform owner | Highest-privilege platform-level access |
One role per user. Roles cannot be stacked or combined. If you need different access levels for different functions, create separate user accounts with appropriate roles.
As a merchant, your dashboard access is scoped to your own account and stores. You can view:
Your transactions and refunds
Your store configuration and checkout settings
Your payouts and payout history
Your disputes and chargeback history
Your reports and statements
Your webhook endpoints and API keys
To add or modify users on your account, contact your account manager. User management for merchant accounts is handled by Swipe Aras administrators.
