One role per user. Roles cannot be stacked or combined. If you need different access levels for different functions, create separate user accounts with appropriate roles.

What Merchants Can Access

As a merchant, your dashboard access is scoped to your own account and stores. You can view:

  • Your transactions and refunds

  • Your store configuration and checkout settings

  • Your payouts and payout history

  • Your disputes and chargeback history

  • Your reports and statements

  • Your webhook endpoints and API keys

Managing Users on Your Account

To add or modify users on your account, contact your account manager. User management for merchant accounts is handled by Swipe Aras administrators.
