The Swipe Aras QuickBooks integration connects your QuickBooks account to Swipe Aras payments. Your customers receive a pay link directly on their invoice and can complete card or ACH payment in seconds — no manual reconciliation required. Every payment, reversal, and refund is automatically written back to QuickBooks.
How it works
Your QuickBooks account is linked to Swipe Aras via OAuth.
A pay link is generated for each invoice and sent to the customer.
The customer clicks the link and completes payment through the Swipe Aras hosted checkout.
Payment is automatically posted to the invoice in QuickBooks. The invoice is marked paid.

Pay links from QuickBooks invoices
Send customers a branded payment link straight from a QuickBooks invoice. The link opens the Swipe Aras checkout, where the customer enters their card or bank details. No separate payment portal to manage.
Automatic payment posting
The moment a customer pays, Swipe Aras posts the payment to QuickBooks. The invoice balance is updated and the transaction is recorded — no manual data entry required.
Surcharge handling
When a payment quote includes a surcharge, the integration automatically applies it to the QuickBooks invoice before posting. Everything stays in sync.
Reversals and refunds
Voided payments and refunds issued in QuickBooks are detected automatically. Swipe Aras triggers the corresponding reversal or refund through Adyen, so your books and your payment processor always agree.
Transaction visibility
View all connected accounts, invoices, transactions, and webhook events through the Swipe Aras admin portal. Reconcile at a glance without switching between systems.
