The Swipe Aras NetSuite integration embeds card payment acceptance directly inside your NetSuite account. A Pay with Swipe Aras button appears on invoices, pay links are delivered on emailed invoices, and every payment is automatically applied to the invoice AR — no manual posting required. Card data flows through an Adyen-hosted form and never touches NetSuite or Swipe Aras servers.
Swipe Aras installs a SuiteBundle into your NetSuite account.
A pay link is automatically minted when an invoice is created or updated.
The customer receives the invoice email with a Pay Now button linking to the Swipe Aras checkout.
When the customer pays, a Customer Payment is created and applied in NetSuite automatically.
A Pay with Swipe Aras dropdown appears directly on every NetSuite invoice. It gives your team three options:
Card Not Present — opens a secure hosted payment form in a popup. Use this to take a payment by phone or in person without the customer needing to visit a link.
Email Customer — opens the NetSuite send-email page with the Swipe Aras pay-link email template pre-selected. The Pay Now button is populated automatically once the pay link is ready.
Configure — opens the integration settings page for administrators.
When you send an invoice from NetSuite, the Swipe Aras email template automatically includes a Pay Now button linked to the customer-specific checkout page. The button appears only once the pay link has been generated, so customers never see a broken link.
When a customer pays, Swipe Aras creates a native Customer Payment in NetSuite and applies it to the invoice. The open balance is reduced immediately. No manual posting, no reconciliation lag.
If your NetSuite account spans multiple subsidiaries, the integration routes each payment to the correct Swipe Aras store and Adyen balance account automatically.
Card data is captured entirely through an Adyen-hosted form. It never touches NetSuite or Swipe Aras servers, so your NetSuite environment stays outside PCI scope.
Voiding a Customer Payment in NetSuite triggers an Adyen reversal automatically. Creating a Customer Refund triggers an Adyen refund. Your payment processor and accounting records stay in sync without manual intervention.
NetSuite integration setup is not self-service. Our team handles the SuiteBundle installation and configuration for your account.
